I purchased this product in February, it's July now and I have yet to be able to use it. The drive spindle is so far out of true that if I clamp anything down it breaks the bit. In wood! I've contacted customer service over and over and receive nothing but apologies and inaction. That is, when I was able to contact anyone at all. All of the contact info online and in the machine literature is no longer good. I had two months where I was frantically trying to reach someone, even searching for news online of them going out of business. Eventually I managed to get a response and new contact info via facebook (of all places). It's been a month now since then and neither I or the service guy that they recommended has been able to make any headway. I'll never buy another Delta product. Product doesn't work as delivered, and is impossible to have serviced.
