Don't waste your money, flaw design
Only 3 months after purchase this machine. It starts stops brewing with 5 beeps, even with cleaning cycle, it runs for 15 seconds then 5 beeps. I maintained as indicated with descaling solutions. So I searched online and there are a lot of similar issues. I tries their method and a 5% vinegar solved the problemed temporarily. So I use mixed vinegar solution as the user manual suggested. Nightmare starts in 5th month, the same issue happens again, and 5% vinegar was not working anymore. I called customer service every day in a whole week and didn't even get chance to speak to a real person. I decided to open it myself, the waterproof rubber was fully eroded in the hot heater. It is not designed for high temperature but flawlly used to waterproof the water heater containers. Also the container is not stainless steel, it is heavily rusted (not scaled). If someone can test it, I doubt how harmful it could be to your health.
