This is the second one I’ve purchased, the other one being a year ago. Since it’s cheaper to buy a new one than to replace the blades, I bought this and was wondering why it wasn’t working well, and popped off the head, and realized it was crooked. I then compared my old one to the new one, and knew it was defective. I tried to return, but apparently, even with a manufacturer defect, I can’t return. I am happy with the product, as I have wrote a 5 star review before, but the reason I am giving 1 star is because I shouldn’t have to pay for a defective razor, and not be able to exchange! It’s ridiculous!
