So excited to use the Instapot with the cookbook. We bought all the ingredients to make the easy beef chili. When purchasing the ingredients the 7 cups of beef broth sounded a little excessive but what did we know!? We hit the bean/chili button as I strut. After an hour we ended up with watery beef soup! I had to cook it down in a frying pan and season it more for it to be edible! It ended up taking longer to cook that if I had just made it on the stove.
