The Vitamin A content seemed to good to be true, so I wrote to Garden of Life to ask whether the vitamins are naturally occurring and received this disappointing response, "The vitamin A and D are removed before distillation and then added back after distillation. We cannot guarantee that the Vitamin A and D are entirely naturally occurring."
