BEWARE: This really should be labelled organic vanilla flavored powdered sugar. I should have looked more closely for ingredients and asked about sugar to vanilla powder ratio and carbohydrate information. With vanilla prices being as they are, I should have realized something was up. I am so disappointed. I should have read 1 star reviews. I just saw organic vanilla powder which was called for in a low carb recipe I wanted to use and put it in my cart. I have contacted cooksvanilla.com to inquire about the info I should have gotten before I ordered it. I blame myself, but really the labelling is so very very very misleading. This item is ineligible for return. I have asked for a refund, but may not get one due to my negligence. I am writing this review in the hopes of someone else not making the same mistake. However, if you are looking for a mild vanilla flavor in some powdered sugar, it is very tasty. I could eat it by the spoonfuls if I wasn't monitoring my carb intake.
