I had initially bought a random turmeric product at the grocery store and saw amazing results. Because turmeric needs to be accompanied by black pepper I sought a new product containing the pepper so I didn’t have to worry about adding it to my food when I took my pills. I bought this one for that reason and because of the reviews. Immediately I experienced all my aches and pains coming back and started having to take Advil several times a day. After some research I have learned it is not the overall mg of turmeric that matters but the mg of the 95% curcuminoids. With this product you have to take 2 capsules to get a measly 100mg of that while my other product gave me more in 1 capsule. Do your research before you buy.
