Item is as described, but way too expensive for what it actually is.. It's just Charcoal people!! Not only that, but after doing some research on this product, it turns out that charcoal is extremely abrasive. Thus using it to scrape your teeth ruins the enamel overtime, and once it is gone, it is gone forever! Not to mention, the charcoal can also seep into your teeth, as teeth are highly porous which may be bad as well. But don't take my word for it, do your own research!
