Pro: Good amount of space for price and I liked the side windows. Con: I dislike writing negative reviews. But I must for this item. Partly my fault because I saw four stars and didn't read the reviews. This is my second greenhouse. The first was different design and lasted 10 years until a limb came through the back. My son and I installed this greenhouse in about 2 hours. I put my electric greenhouse heater in for the first night to determine how much I would be able to elevate the ambient temperature since it was supposed to get to the mid 20's. I was pleased at bedtime that it was keeping the temp about 15 degrees above outside. Warm front came through early morning and it started to rain. When I inspected my new greenhouse I found that water was streaming in through the seams. Not only that but it had shorted out my heater (which had lasted all those years) as well as fusing the end of my new outdoor heavy duty cord. The design flaw in this greenhouse is that the seam is about 45 degree down from top dead center and folded in. This allows a "valley" to form at the weakest location. If the seam were allowed to be outside it would not leak - but it would not look as "clean". I went to Walmart and bought some sealer at the camping supplies and will try to seal this for the season. If that fails we will take this down and I will put up my old greenhouse and patch the back end. I will not use this next year. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase.
