I purchased this on October 22nd. My 10 month old played with it for a couple of weeks and I noticed the white casing split open. I contacted Fat Brain for an Exchange (I was a couple of days past the return/exchange window), and they refused. They suggested I instead purchase another Dimple - I guess they don't stand behind their products. We have purchased several Fat Brain Toys over the years, but this was our last. If Fat Brain won't even exchange a $10 item, how can I expect them to stand behind their other toys? This item probably cost Fat Brain less than $5 to manufacture and distribute. Hope it was worth it to lose a customer who was about to spend a few hundred dollars on your website for Christmas.
