I've been a pool contractor for over 20 years. We'll run anywhere from 900 to 1500 calls this year. These timers were "once" indestructible and incredibly reliable! I've seen them go for over 15-20+ years. These were the best timers on the planet. NOT ANYMORE! I used to buy these in bulk -24 to 50 at a time. However the last couple of batches we've purchased have had NUMEROUS FAILURES! I called Intermatic and explained our issues. They played dumb and blew me off like I was crazy. Well I assure you I'm not crazy. Somehow, They have cheapened up these timers... They are not the quality they used to be.
