I had a supernova spy drone quad drone and had nothing but problems with it from the start. This version has the same engines as the last. If the props pop off, it also strips the gears on the engine which means you will have to replace the engine, and since the engine's can't be replaced easily, the entire drone is toast. The manual for this hunk of plastic is absolutely horrible. It doesn't explain in any great detail how to use it. If you have to try to return it to the company, HAHAHA there is no 1-800 number, it just has an email. When I contacted them about my problems, world tech toys told me....you need to charge the battery. I told him I charged it properly, they said "you over charged it." I was told that I needed a voltage meter to properly charge the battery. (What!?!) The last part of this review is look at all the 5 star reviewers. Click on their profiles and you will see that they all review the same products (multiple diet pills, penis enlargement, and cheap RC toys). Unfortunately it seems clear that 2 things are happening. Amazon is not self policing their reviewers and doesn't halt paid reviewers. The 2nd thing is happening is that World Tech Toys is so desperate to move a piece of trash product that they are hiring paid reviewers. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!
