Bed cracked during massage
I purchased this bed September 2018 and I called because the bed snapped during a massage, I called the manufacturer and was told it is past the one year warranty nothing can be done. Really disappointing that they didn't even try to work with me. There is no way this is not a manufacturer defect. I will not buy again.
