My son received the card from the order I placed as a gift and the card isn't registering to activate. I called the number on the back of the card several times and still no go, so customer service said to call Amazon so I did and was in the phone over an hour with the run around and still the outcome is I purchased a gift card, you got the money from me but when my son received the card it has a $0 balance. I need this you've fixed immediately, Thank you
