Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'd strongly caution people not to buy these. My dog loved them and chewed them with our supervision. But last night he ended up in terrible distress and he's been at the emergency vet hospital since then. There is a large piece of one of these chews lodged in his stomach and it's too big for him to pass it. He's been on IV fluids and may need a scope or surgery to remove it. I read the reviews that said these could be dangerous, but I thought that meant for people who weren't careful. The manufacturer says they are digestible--but our vet is saying otherwise. We were careful and we thought we were going to lose our dog last night. Please spare yourself and your dog the heartache (and the very large vet bill, too).
