I just got my Grill this morning. I thawed out a nice pork chop and chopped some fresh veggies. I turned the Grill on 45 minutes ago, and if the heat is at 200 degrees, that's about it! I'm supposed to have the 1500 watt unit? If this is, what a JOKE!! I was hoping to have dinner in 45 minutes?? At this rate, it will be 3 hours! So far...What a piece of CRAP!! Well, an hour and 40 minutes later and everything was finally done! The veggies we're good, the Pork chop was good. The thing is, 1 hour and 40 minutes? I thought I got the 1500 watt grill, but, I was able to place my bare hand 2" over the Grill. If the Grill would have been 450 degrees, where I set it, my hand should have blistered. I barely got warm. Sad, very SAD!!
