After a few months, the remote sensor I had hung outside (in a dry place) quit working. Changed the sensor batteries and it did no good. Followed its product support documentation repeatedly over several days with different fresh batteries and it did no good. Clearly, the remote sensor is dead. Called support and waited on hold for 40 minutes. Woman comes on the phone, asks me for my name, email address, phone number and the model number of the weather station. I give her it all. She tells me I'm giving her the wrong model number as I read the "model #" back to her a few times from the back of the weather station where it says "model #". She says she has to transfer me to someone who supports that weather station. Before I hung up, I sat on hold for an additional 1 hour and 20+ minutes waiting for this more specific weather station technical support representative to help me resolve my issue with this faulty product.
