I ordered this chair thinking it looked PERFECT for my needs, and free shipping! Plus! ....it took a week to receive it (not a big deal) and when we put it together, it was immediately obvious it wasn’t the comfy plush chair of my dreams. We tried to return it, only to find out that we had to pay for the shipping ourselves. Again, not a HUGE issue, but we expected to pay $50-75 to send it back. We were okay with that loss. Come to find out, we were going to have to pay THREE HUNDRED AND NINE DOLLARS, which I kid I you not, is about .50cents more than the chair cost us. Buyer beware.
