Bag is good until it breaks and you have to deal with crappy support that do not want to help. Wheel stopped spinning after about half a year and they say that it's not covered under the 5 year warranty, stating that it is a wear and tear problem not covered. Really? By the way if you decide to use it for work forget about it, cuz according to their warranty these are only for recreational use. What a ripoff. Pics show the 'normal' wear and tear of their product only after less that a year of use.
