I am extremely disappointed in this product's quality. A few months ago I wrote a review for Nutpods, giving it five stars. Every morning I was looking forward to my cappuccino. The last order I placed, however, was a complete disappointment. The manufacturer changed the design of the box, and it seems they did so in order to cover up the fact that they also changed the formula. It's no longer rich and creamy, but most likely a watered down version that doesn't froth well. I was so happy I had found such a great product, and was planning to be a customer for life. Now I am just wondering - why change something that was great to begin with? Why put out an inferior product ? I am one disappointed customer.
