Very disappointed! I received the product today as a gift. Started a small test batch of fries, 12 min according to directions, and it stopped working after 6 minutes! I contacted Amazon, they referred me to the company. Left a message at Coznya, as no answer at customer service. Will follow up with an email to company. If things change and I get a working unit I'll post an updated review.
