I WAS using this kettle to boil water which would be used to make formula for my newborn until I found rust all along the inside. I used this kettle for nearly two months until I saw some rust on the outside of the kettle, near the base of the handle. I thought it may be a good idea to inspect the inside as well and was appalled at how much rust there was. If you're looking for a kettle, spend a little more money and get one of higher quality because this one is a piece of trash.
