While I do enjoy the game on my Kindle Fire, as I get further into it I have run into some technical issues. So, I went to the help page. There I was directed to the FAQ section to look for the solutions. As my problems with the game were not addressed here, I then sent a detailed description of the problems to the developers email address as suggested. All I got in reply was a robot non answer telling me to check the FAQ area or go to the Facebook fan page. I went to the fan pages and found no help. Just players talking about how great the game is. It seems that the developers attitude is : "If you're having problems with the game, fix it yourself. Don't bother me." Again, while the game is fun, technical support sucks!
