The time is never right. It changes from 1:09 to 1:32 to 1:53 all in few minutes. It confuses my grandmother with dementia even more than not having a clock at all. I also tried to find the way to upgrade the clock as the usb says its for upgrading but there is nothing to be found in regards to this on the website. The website doesn't have a phone number only email contact of which I have contacted before with no response
