I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this. For one thing, what you can't actually tell from the infomercial is the tiny size of this unit, especially when the divider is put in it. You can cook a few TB of vegies and a small portion (maybe 3 oz) of meat...a very small portion. Secondly, the "non-stick" surface claim is true - but only the first time you use it. From that point on it is a nightmare to clean. The only way I have found to clean it is to put soapy water in the well, turn on the unit and let it heat up until it steams. Then I use a "pampered chef" scraper to scrape off any residue. And it is amazing what sticks. I had vegetables stick to it. How does that happen? Really now, go to Walmart and get something from there, but do NOT get this unit. The first time I used it I had no problems and wondered what all the fuss was. The second time I used it everything stuck, the paint on the unit started bubbling up, and it takes everything much longer to cook then the directions. Definitely not worth the final price of almost $70.
