I had to send my order back. The masks were made incorrectly, with the mask pleats pointing up. I'm guessing that they were put in the assembly line upside down. I'm going to look for a brand with better QA processes -- this is a mistake that should have been discovered before the product arrived to me. Makes me wonder what other issues have not been caught...
