This is a scam - don't let this book or her website get you to buy anything!
This program is not worth the money. They make some very strong statements like "90 days of hard-core coaching with your chosen coach", "Coaching video: Once a week, your Coach will be live in the page answering your questions, troubleshooting problems and providing coaching for each one of you. He/she will also comment on your weight loss progress." and finally, "Access to your Coach. He/she will interact with you on the page each day, answering comments, questions, concerns, etc…" The term "coach" should be used very loosely. My "coach" had what appeared to be several hundred clients. During my 90 days, I can definitively say that I received ZERO coaching - hard core, or any other kind. The weekly coaching video was an hour that consisted of my coach reading the GIANT list of names and stating whether or not they hit their 1% weight loss goal. A call like that is not coaching. It's public shaming. Why not just take me out and stone me in the street for "failing"? I heard my "coach" call people despicable for not having lost weight or having gained weight, and she also utilized a "damn-it doll" which was shown in disappointment for people of the same category. This is not motivation or coaching. This is emotional and verbal abuse and embarrassment. The amount of time that I was expected to spend on Facebook, watching videos that had little if any actual coaching was unreasonable and unacceptable. Never, in all of the videos or interactions that I had with my coach, did I feel uplifted or supported. In fact, on the 2 occasions where I actually reached out for help, my coach did not respond - it was other participants who also paid the $1,000 who provided me with some answers. It is clear to me that my coach does not have time to properly support us - her answers to others (since I never received any) were curt, short, and looked canned...not personal, and not "coach-y". The other items on the list that defines what you get when you drop a GRAND for a custom program are deceiving. for the most part, they are PDF documents, some of which I received when I signed up for the challenge. Others are 1 page documents, though they are made to sound like learning opportunities (I expected to be "coached" on these things". Finally, anytime people actually want to LEARN and ask specific questions about WHY or HOW something works...the answer is to just follow the rules. Listen to Cristy. Basically, follow with blind faith. If Cristy was strong in her convictions and beliefs, and truly thought her program was the best, she'd be able/willing to answer questions, to help people understand how they ended up where they are, and how to prevent ever going back. But she just seems to want both a cult-like following, as well as return business, as people gain the weight back, because she didn't actually TEACH them anything. She is looking for followers. Sheep. I have never been more dissatisfied with such a high-ticket purchase. I do not believe that I received $1,000 in services. I have advised people, and will continue to advise people NOT to purchase custom programs, as they are a SCAM.
