These worked really well for the first couple months that I took them. My nails looked amazing and were really long. Now that I’ve been taking them for three or four months they don’t seem to work as well. My nails have gone back to chipping and peeling and my skin lost that great look it had when I first started taking them. I hate that Garden of Life got bought by Nestle right when these seemed like they stopped working. Who knows if my body got used to them, the formula changed or the big evil Nestle came in and messed everything up? Whatever it is I’m going to have to find something new.
