I bought this product swiftly after my purchase of a new iPhone XR. I've been a loyal Otter Box member for years and have always used their defender products. I was heavily surprised and disappointed that the new line of defender cases no longer have the front screen protector. Why keep the same name, but change the quality? It greatly mislead me to purchasing this expensive case. If I would have known Otter Box dropped their quality of Defender series all-around-protection, I would have saved my money and bought a commuter series or something similar instead. I do not suggest this product for individuals who were expecting old Otter Box Quality on newer items. Get something more reliable and stable like Life Proof
