I needed a chair for a simple "rustic" family room. (people plop around kind of setting). I was looking for something that was practical and inexpensive. I came across the above product and noticed that it was a number one Amazon selling product. From the picture, it looked ok. Many people bought it so it had to be good...right? First, warning sign was that the product was shipped in another container. The box had warnings not to use a box cutter or anything sharp because the container's shipment was leather. No, it was fabric. Second, the chair itself was hysterical. From behind, it looked like it belonged in an elementary school. The fabric seemed to be pasted upon stiff cardboard. The length was short. I am 5'6" and my legs hung mid calf from the riser. Essentially the seat was the equivalent to an airplane seat. Aesthetically as unappealing and just as uncomfortable. So we shipped it back for a refund. And we have/had a time getting a refund. I received two emails from the vendor or a representative saying that we process refund if you could kindly give good rating. Then, I received an email stating that they never received the merchandise even though UPS tracker and Amazon has the item received. .Bottom line, don't waste your money on this chair. Go have fun and explore furniture stores, estate sales or thrift shops for a chair to plop around in. I know that I will never see a refund. It is a bite in the wallet, but hopefully, this review will spare someone negative energy over a piece of fabric and cardboard. Peace.
