I wish I could give this product zero stars ! My wife and I have been longtime users and fans of Amazon and their products. It's one of the first places we look for things we want to purchase , even if just for quality or price information. We purchased a grab bar In February 2015 and used it as a balance-enhancing bar in our shower. We have a weight-bearing bar that was installed when the bathroom was re-modeled but decided to get another one to help with our balance . We never used it as a weight-bearing bar. We noticed that the bar was starting to loosen in June of this year and would have to re-suction it every few days. We thought that is was probably due to the spring tension wearing out and decided to order another one. Unfortunately they were no longer available to order so after reading reviews , we decided to order the bar from Vive Health. Despite constant efforts to make it work, it was a total failure. I would re-anchor the suction in the morning for my 5 am shower and by the time my wife was ready to use it at 8 am , it was loose again. We tried everything possible but after a week , decided it wasn't worth the effort . We got another bar at a local store and it works just fine. This is one of the worst products we have ever ordered from Amazon and as it is connected to personal safety , I would really caution anyone about purchasing it.
