Camera didn't work - shorted on refund
I purchased a 422GW, charged fully in the house as instructed, but when installed it would not hold a charge in the car. Wiring all checked out. Had to assume the camera battery was defective.
There was not an option to exchange, only refund. Purchase price was $228, refund was $178. No explanation provided as to why I was shorted. All items were returned.
I'd like to buy another one, but am gun-shy based on this experience.
