I bought this in mid- July and it’s now mid-Dec. I LOVED this machine. Until it broke. The spinner in the wash compartment stopped spinning. The directions that come with the machine are pretty insufficient. I called amazon who wrote to the seller who wrote back to me: Hi Victoria, Thank you for contacting Best Choice Products! We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, our records show that this order was purchased on 07/16/17 and is therefore no longer within our 60-day warranty period. Sadly, we cannot assist with a replacement or refund. Thank you for your understanding. Okay. So I don’t love their reply- very I wash my hands of this. Also how is 2 months a warranty? Like they expect the thing to break. So I just wanted to post and share this experience to make sure people knew what to expect.
