I expect better from a brand like Cuisinart. I'm going to attempt to make a warranty claim. Update: I will have to pay to ship the old kettle in plus a $7 processing fee. Overall, the customer service was good but I'm not happy with the warranty policy. I would gladly have paid $7 for a replacement but at this rate, I'll just buy a new one from another brand.
