When I received this hair it was super really ugh/corse but I tried to work with it. After washing and conditioning the hair I prepped my dreads and installed. This hair was so itchy and felt nothing like human hair. I contacted the seller regarding my issue and they came off a bit rude saying well we don’t get a lot of complaints about our hair being rough and itchy...you should wash it. I have 20 years of dread installation and styling under my belt so I felt insulted. They sent me a $10 refund. I’m not sure why because I can’t do anything with $10 as far as redoing my hair. And I didn’t even complain that the 16 inch hair I purchased came in different sizes. I’m not using or recommending this seller. It’s a shame that I have to leave this feed back but sometimes people don’t have almost $100 to drop just to be displeased.
