I gave this gift card as a birthday present. The recipient just contacted me because the card has a 0 balance. I checked my bank account and they most definitely processed my purchase and charged me 50 dollars but gave me an empty gift card. It's very embarrassing to give a gift that is ends up being totally useless. I guess I am now starting the process to see if I can get this fixed.
