My wife wanted this set of pans so for an early Xmas present I bought them read all the directions made sure I seasoned them as instructed. Finished boiling potatoes to make real mashed potatoes put them all in the red copper pan put sour cream, butter, and milk. Started using mixer just like in the commercial. Wasn’t being rough with the mixer digging in or anything. Now I have spiral scratches in bottom, and a line around the side. I like the pans, but don’t use anything metal in them... scratches easily from my experience :-(
