LOVED the headphones but could not get the volume to work. Called customer service to find out if they were defective. We were told send would send a detailed instructions to follow, which we never received. ( not that we would have understood them anyway) Just sent them back and ordered a newer model. Couldn't figure out the audio out either so i called the 800 # for help. The recording started out by FORCING me to take a short 3 minutes SURVEY !!! Then when i refused to answer the questions it FORCED me to hang up after listening to the shpeal for at least 3 minutes without ever giving me the option to skip it and talk to anyone
