I purchased two Honeywell TH930EF5003 Wi-Fi 9000 thermostats. I had a "Qualified" serviceman Installer, install it. Each exhibited the same problem. The temperature would wonder down and gradually begin to increase. overshooting the setpoint by 3-5 deg. A certificated/calibrated temperature was mounted beside the TH9320 which indicated a constant temperature. This drove my heat pump crazy in the automatic mode [switching from cool to heat back to cool]. I call Honeywell support. They were awful. I had them bump it up to 2nd level support. Still no resolution. Their english skills were very bad with lack of concern or understanding. Finally, with no resolution I returned it. Wi-Fi connectivity good. I do NOT recommend this unit. Very disappointed! I had my service man install a TRANE thermostat. Works like a "Champ!"
