Extremely disappointed with my scooter and this company. My tires wore out within 3 months and on 300 miles on the scooter. I called the company to try and file a warranty claim and it was denied. I find it crazy to have my $1000 scooter tires worn in 3 months while my son’s cheap $300 Jetson scooter is going 2 years with much higher miles on it and the tires are still good. The shop I purchased the tires from wants $150 to replace both tires. So it looks like I’ll have to pay this every 3 months if I want to continue to ride it daily. So much for the “apple of scooters”. Not even close.
