Acquired these slippers for winter use while travelling in our motor home. Had an emergency and ended with an extended hospital stay. Ordered the slippers in black, every lint and fuzz and dust stuck to the outside of the velvety step into slippers. After moderate use for 6 days, the stitching on one slipper ravelled and the sole started to come off. Great service and remarkable exchange policy.....contacted Amazon with regard to product failure and they immediately without charge shipped me a replacement pair!! This is outstanding service. Thanks to Amazon! Took replacement slippers on an extended vacation over the holidays. Slippers are suppose to be washable...not so much....after limited use, washed according to instructions....the insides of one slipper came unstitched and detached the insole. Gotta say I am very disappointed in this product. Will not purchase again.
