I have to constantly unplug and plug back in, so that it will work. It's not my wifi, I can stream from any other device without problems. My 2nd gen stick works better than this one, I wish I hadn't upgraded! Update as of July 26, 2021 I've had a representative from Amazon to contact me and walk me through the steps of rebooting my firestick and starting over. However, I'm still experiencing the same thing. I try to watch apps on my firestick, it buffering on all apps. It's not my wifi, I can log on through my phone and tablet without problems. At this point, I would like my money back or a new non defective stick!! This is ridiculous!!!
