You need a subscription for this to be anything other than a floodlight
I'm super disappointed in this product. Having been an Arlo customer and user for the last year I was looking forward to adding the floodlight cams as the night vision on 2/4 of my Arlo 2 cams failed. I was quite happy saving videos locally and wasn't interested in a subscription. Needless to say I was beyond pissed after mounting two new floodlight cams only to find out they won't work without a subscription.
