This is my second one of these in a little over a year. I should have learned my lesson the first time. The first one I bought stopped feeding the paper / pouches through. This second one eats the pouches but they don’t come out the other side and get jammed in the machine. I’m just using regular thin copy paper. The back of the machine has completely melted. Save your money - this only lasted a few months and it’s already unusable.
