I purchased a computer chair for my son and went ahead and got the warranty since this was not a trivial purchase. The chair arms started falling apart so I decided to use the warranty to get them fixed. However, the website is a joke and won't actually let you register anything or if it does it appears to "forget" what you have the next time you log in. I tried for several months to get their support to help me out but there was always something more they needed to "prove" there was a problem. For some reason they could never seem to tell me everything that was needed all at one time. I hate to give anything/anyone a 1-star rating since 1-stars are almost always sour grapes, but in this instance I can only assume this is a scam since after months of back-and-forth all communication has stopped from their side and I still have a broken chair.
