I bought this at a XL size (I measured 50cm) around the area they indicated to measure. I was very excited to try it out and the day it arrived I jumped into my workout clothes and sat down to put it on. The top knitting ripped as I pulled it up! I didn't even have it in place! When I did get it on, the velcro was a little tight & it felt like the circulation in my leg was being cut off. I went ahead and started exercising only to remove it after 10 minutes as it had started to roll down my thigh and it was folding up behind my knee. I wish this would have worked for me...I was so excited to give it a try and eager to not have as much pain in my knee when working out. I only got it yesterday but I will be asking for a return today.
