I've had my Instant Pot Mini for about 3 weeks now. Have made all sorts of things and they've always turned out great. Purchased this book so that I had recipes specifically for the mini and didn't have to half other recipes. First thing I tried was the mac and cheese. Followed the directions exactly and ended up with the "BURN" indication immediately after the silver float valve popped up. Cancelled the cycle, released the pressure, and there was at least an inch of burned on food on the bottom. Reviewed the directions again and verified I'd followed them exactly. Not sure if there is a misprint or if the recipes were just never tested. Really not feeling good about trusting other recipes in this book now. UPDATE: This cookbook is full of errors. For example the chili recipe on page 108 calls for two tomato paste. Is that teaspoons, tablespoons, cans, cups, quarts, or gallons? Cant recommend this at all.
