I’ll start with what I like: - These stay secure when placed in the ear - The application (download) provides some useful functionality, like changing the functionality of “taps” on the buds What I dislike - There is one ear tip size, and it lets in a whole lot of ambient noise. (Some may not care about this.) - The sound is pretty pathetic. Tinny is the only way I can describe the sound. Don’t expect any decent level of bass on these I have to admit that when I bought these, I let a lot of my buying decision rest on the reputation of Plantronics. Sadly, I must say that they’re probably better off sticking to their phone headsets, if the quality of this product is any indication of their prowess with earbuds.
