Anyone who is frustrated with this Worx battery should know that there is a simple, cheap fix. If you remove the 8 screws to this battery case, you'll discover that there are two Razor E100 E125 E150 Electric Scooter batterys (12V 5AH) inside. If you know how to solder, it is very easy to replace these batteries. The chip inside my battery was fried, so I just bypassed it. All the chip does is tell you how much battery life you have left. Once you solder in the new batteries, you can continue using the Worx charger as you did before. So instead of paying upwards of $100 for a new Worx product, you can do it yourself for $24. Update. Since I replaced the batteries several months ago, the mower has worked flawlessly. All I do is plug in the charger after every use. Another update: February 10th, 2019.
