Sheets were very nice right out of the box, but after about 3-4 weeks, they starting pilling like crazy. Now, with all the little bumps from the pilling, they are extremely uncomfortable and we have already pitched them and bought a different set. Very disappointing quality for the price paid. Honestly, this is probably the very first product on Amazon that we have been disappointed with, so it was probably bound to happen at some point or another. We have had much better luck with "Supima" cotton sheets as opposed to the "Egyptian" type cotton in these Malouf sheets. The Supima type cotton is guaranteed to be 100% "Extra Long Staple" (ELS) cotton, which is what you want in bed sheets. True Egyptian cotton should be 100% ELS, but after doing some research, it isn't always the case. Thats why we decided to now just get sheets that are made with Supima, so that we are for sure getting what we pay for. Hope this helps.
